Subscription FAQ

To manage your subscription: Visit your account page Click Manage Subscriptions in the account menu.

To become a subscriber, all you have to do is place a subscription (auto-refill) order! All of your subscriber benefits will remain active for as long as you have an active subscription.

Subscriptions are set for a minimum of 3 deliveries before you are able to cancel. After your first shipment, you may cancel at any time without incurring cancellation fees. If you would like to control other permissions your customers have in their portal, you can enable/disable many of their abilities via the customer portal screen.

Free Shipping Over $100, We recommend subcribing over $100.

Cancellation is risk-free and fuss free. Simply login to your account, select Manage Subscriptions, and click on Cancel beside the subscription you wish to cancel.

For the first delivery, your credit card will be charged at the time of subscription. For the following deliveries, your credit card will be billed at 1-month interval. You can view your billing schedule by logging into your account, clicking on Manage Subscriptions, then selecting Delivery Schedule on the left.

Yes! To skip a delivery, simply click Skip next to the delivery you would like to skip. You can also unskip the delivery by clicking Unskip next to the order.
