Refund policy

We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 3 days from receiving your order at ask@nestbloom.com, or blossom@nestbloom.com, if your order is under BLOSSOM.


Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund inquiry and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
